One of the largest planning applications ever in Limerick, this residential master plan consisted of 773 units of private and student apartments, starter homes, luxury housing, commercial centre and a flagship hotel.
Although the design proposes a density of 19.5 units per acre, it still manages to achieve 13% public open space and retains 74% of the existing trees and hedgerows on the site. The retention of the hedgerows act like ‘green fingers’ connecting the neighbourhood Parkland on the Eastern boundary to the Groody Valley Green to the West.
