This is a 200m2 private dwelling built on the edge of a lagoon in a gated development in Villa Nueva, outside Buenos Aires. San Benito is one of the Barrio Cerrados created by Edico The approach to the dwelling is very attractive, there is a garage pergola and the front door is defined with a double height porch. The house is in the form of an L which is folded around the main chimney.
One of the main features of the house is the double height gallery towards the garden and the water which runs the entire l6 meters the rear elevation. It not only provides shade to the external dining area and barbeque but also the bedroom windows above. The gallery provides a sense of grandeur looking out towards the water.
