This project involved creating a strong identity for a new company bringing a new product to Buenos Aires. The 100 year old premises were renovated in a sensitive and sustainable manner. The Building was stripped back to exposes the original pinotea wooden roof beams and brick roof slab. The new interior elements are white with classical detailing.
Colour is provided by a mural of fruit on one wall and by the menu on the other. Care was taken to avoid problems with noise. Large panels with sound absorption are suspended from the ceiling, trapping unwanted sound. The project was produce on a small budget.
